Cohort 3 Orientation
The Brotherhood Initiative is a holistic, cohort-based program open to all students, including men of color at the University of Washington. Throughout the country, young men of color have the lowest college enrollment and graduation rates of all student populations. The BI curriculum and activities focus on promoting academic, personal and leadership development, leading to educational success. This project serves as a catalyst for broader organizational change at the UW, creating transformative educational experiences which enable students to discover their passions, graduate from college, and pursue their dreams.
